HERE’S HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning 9:00:00 AM (ET) on 2/19/09, visit www.Luvs.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 9:00:00 AM (ET) on 6/30/09. Limit one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per household per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who are a parent/legal guardian of a child 4 years of age or younger as of time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 7/7/09 from among all eligible entries received by 9:00:00 AM (ET) on 6/30/09. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for up to six (two adults and four children) to winner’s choice of Lake Tahoe Hyatt Regency Resort & Casino in Incline Village, Nevada or the Inn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from gateway airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (two rooms), car rental in destination city and $4,000 spending money for winner. Rental car is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. (ARV:$13,500; the actual retail value of the prize will depend on the winner’s point of departure/return.) Trip does not include gratuities, phone calls, spa services, souvenirs, or any other expenses not specifically listed herein. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will be notified by mail. Traveling companions (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 10 days of winner’s attempted notification. If winner is a minor, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as one of the winner’s guest. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will count as one of the winner’s guests. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. Travel must be completed within one year of notification. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winner’s list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
