LUVS® "TAKE A STAND" SWEEPSTAKES

1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00:00 PM (noon) (ET) on 9/14/09 through 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 12/30/09 visit www.luvs.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants must either "Take a Stand" by describing in 120 characters or fewer (including spaces and punctuation), what they stand for or believe in as a parent OR "Comment" on a stand (in 120 characters or fewer) that someone has already posted. Entries will not be judged. Entries must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, at Sponsor's discretion. Limit one entry per email address per day, however you may "Take a Stand" or "Comment" on a stand as many times a day as you wish. If more than one entry is received per person per day only the first such entry received will be eligible.

Entries must not: contain language that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; contain language that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; contain any commercial/corporate advertising (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements); contain profanities or obscenities; reference persons or organizations without their written permission; disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor; contain language that is inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous; include threats to any person, place, business, or group; be unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 1/7/10 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. GRAND PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive Visa® Gift Cards with a total value of $5,000. Terms and conditions on Gift Cards apply. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

5. GENERAL RULES: All entries must be written in English. Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner will be notified by mail. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to reproduce the entries in full or edit and enhance the entries at its discretion. Sponsor is authorized to use entries as it sees fit, including usage in advertising.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
